Our service fees are additional and separate to any embassy, visa centre, government department and university fees.
Samyama has no role in the decision-making process for granting visas, passports, legal documents, university admissions and job offer letters. Embassy, consulate, high commission, visa centre, university, hiring company and government department reserve the right to ask for further documentation. Visa officer, university admission officers and hiring teams of foreign companies may or may not approve the applications. Samyama should not be liable for such rejection or delay in approval of application as issuing of visas, approving admissions, and hiring job candidates are at the sole discretion of the visa officers, university admission team and recruitment team respectively. Samyama may only act as a representative or a consultant of their client.
As per the guidelines of embassy, consulate, high commission, visa centre and government department applicants cannot overstay their visas. In case of overstay, travellers shall be responsible for all the legal consequences. Please note, possessing the visa does not guarantee entry to the respective country. Entry is allowed by the immigration officer at the border. If by any reason the entry is refused, Samyama is not to be held liable for it and no refund or compensation will be given to the client.

Clients of Samyama, by using this website and making payment to the company are automatically bounded by the Terms & Conditions of this website.
The company provides documentation and application filling services for immigration, visas, university admissions and job search and charges a service fee. We help in checking, filling and submitting (where applicable) applications to the respective: embassies, visa centres, passport office, other government bodies, universities and hiring companies; and collecting documents (where possible) on clients’ behalf.
For certain destinations, Samyama collaborates with approved and trusted partner companies to facilitate the submission and processing of applications. While all efforts are made to ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of applications processed via partner agencies, clients agree to these arrangements by availing of Samyama’s services. Samyama reserves the right to maintain the confidentiality of its partner and associate companies and is under no obligation to disclose their identities to clients. In the event of any concerns, issues, or disputes arising in connection with the services provided, Samyama shall serve as the sole point of contact for resolution. This policy is implemented to streamline the resolution process and ensure efficient handling of client queries and concerns.
Samyama obtains travel insurance policy, hotel bookings and flight tickets from partner companies as per need of the traveller. However, the clients are responsible for handling any resolution and compensations with the travel insurance, hotel and airline company directly.
Samyama offers many additional or add-on services by partnering up with other companies and organisations. Any grievance faced by the clients/customer with the partner company should be resolved directly with the partner company and Samyama should not be held liable. It is the responsibility of the clients/customers to read and understand the terms and conditions of the partner companies and organisation before making payment for the service.
Samyama complies with the laws of India and embassies, consulates and other organisations based on the laws and regulations in India. The fact, that this website can be accessed from outside of India, does not mean that same laws apply abroad. We shall not be liable for non-compliance with any laws and regulations outside India.

However, if the visa is delayed, refused or the validity or length of visa is different than expected, the company does not accept any responsibility as issuance of the visa is entirely embassy’s decision. It is clients’ responsibility to check validity of the passport, visa or other document issued to make sure it covers requested period of the trip, is valid to travel and purpose of the trip is stated correctly. If the documents issued do not meet these criteria, client should notify us as soon as possible so the mistake can be rectified if possible. We also do not take any responsibility for incorrectly or falsely filled in application forms or information provided by clients as Samyama is submitting applications based on information provided by clients. Samyama cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the documents by the embassies, consulates, high commissions, visa centres, universities, hiring companies and government departments. We never recommend purchasing any travel tickets prior to the visa or passport being issued unless they are a specific requirement for the consulate.
We advise on the processing times according to embassies, consulates, high commissions, visa centres, universities, hiring companies and government departments’ application turnarounds. However, please note there might be delays or changes in processing times which we cannot be held responsible for as all rules can change at any time without giving us prior notice. Processing time is specified in working days and does not include any bank holidays or days on which the embassies, consulates, high commissions, visa centres, universities, hiring companies and government departments are closed. Processing time is counted from the time we submit application on your behalf, not the time your documents arrive at our office.
Samyama consultants have right to refuse dealing with the application which does not comply with embassies, consulates, high commissions, visa centres, universities, hiring companies and government departments’ rules or our terms and conditions and reserve all rights to not giving a reason for their decision.

Embassies, consulates, high commissions, visa centres, universities, hiring companies and government department fees are subject to change and might fluctuate without prior notice. If that is the case, client is reliable to pay all additional costs charged by the embassies, consulates, high commissions, visa centres, universities, hiring companies and government department. If the visa is refused, or there is a delay in processing of the application, Samyama service fees and any embassies, consulates, high commissions, visa centres, universities, hiring companies and government department fees will still be charged to the client.
In case of any changes in immigration rules and policies or discontinuation in acceptance of visa applications, Samyama should not be held liable for any refund to their clients. This is due to the immigration rules changes depending solely on a respective country government’s decision and cannot always be foreseen
Entry to any country is allowed by the immigration officer at the border. If by any reason the entry is refused, Samyama is not to be held liable for it and no refund or compensation will be given to the client.
In the event, that Samyama product and services are incorrectly advised/displayed at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price. Samyama reserves the right to reject or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event your credit card has been charged, a full refund will be issued.
If client decides they do not want to continue with our services or wishes to withdraw the application, the fees are non-refundable regardless of whether the application has already been submitted to the embassies, consulates, high commissions, visa centres, universities, hiring companies and government departments.
If it turns out, that the client does not possess all required documents and because of that application cannot be submitted, the fees are non-refundable. If the client fails to provide necessary documents on time and thus the application cannot be processed in time, the fees are non-refundable.
If the client provides fraudulent documents and thus application cannot be processed or is rejected, the fees are non-refundable.
If the company decides, we cannot further process the client’s application due to findings of previous violation of any immigration law or our company policies by the client or family members included in the application, the fees are non- refundable.
If India or foreign country’s borders are suddenly closed due to pandemic, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances and client is unable to travel, the fees are non-refundable.
However, if any embassy or consular fees are refundable, they will be paid back to the clients/customer as soon as they are received back by the company.
If any missed deadlines, poor service, or delay proven to be the fault of our company’s consultants, we will investigate the matter and issue appropriate refund if proven to be necessary.
The clients of Samyama are responsible for providing correct and authentic financial information to obtain our services. The clients should use only credit cards, debit cards or any other mode of payment which are rightfully owned by them. If necessary, the responsibility of proving rightful possession of any financial means or liability for unlawful use of any debit or credit card lies with the client. Samyama is not recording any financial information from clients; it is directly received by our bank. Samyama is not liable for any credit or debit card fraud or scam. All information collected by us shall be governed as per our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree you will not ask for a charge back under any circumstances.
All reviews, comments, feedback, submitted or proposed to Samyama shall be and remain Samyama property. Samyama will be entitled to use, disclose, publish, display, and distribute any comments, reviews, or feedback which clients suggest or give for any purpose without reimbursement.
